Registration:

The event is free and open to all. We ask prospective participants to register here.

Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse travel or accommodation costs incurred by attendees other than speakers.

Accommodation:

Speakers will stay at The Nassau Inn, 10 Palmer Square, Princeton.

Considerably cheaper accommodation is available at the Erdman Center at the Princeton Theological Seminary. It is a 15-minute walk from the conference venue.

Travel infromation:

The nearest airport is Newark Liberty (EWR), but it is also possible to reach Princeton from the John F. Kennedy (JFK), LaGuardia (LGA), and Philadelphia (PHL) airports.

Passengers arriving at Newark Liberty (EWR) can take the AirTrain directly from the arrivals terminal to the Rail Link station to catch a New Jersey Transit Train to Princeton Junction. The one way cost is about $17. Note that neither the vending machines nor conductors accepts bills over $20.

To get to Princeton University from Princeton Junction, you can take the free shuttle bus (scheduled to depart a few minutes after train arrival) or Uber/Lyft for about $10.

Speakers will stay at The Nassau Inn at 10 Palmer Square. It is a 10-minute walk from the shuttle bus stop.

The workshop will take place in Aaron Burr Hall, Room 219. It is a 15-minute walk from the shuttle bus stop and a 10-minute walk from the Nassau Inn.
